What a salt therapy session is like

Your experience begins as you enter our quiet Himalayan Salt Cave and settle into a comfortable zero-gravity chair, a yoga mat, a low-boy chair, or directly in the salt. Soft lighting, calming music, and the warm glow of Himalayan salt create an atmosphere designed for complete relaxation.

During your session:

  • Relax quietly or meditate

  • Practice slow, mindful breathing

  • Read a book or simply rest

  • Many guests even fall asleep

Traditional salt therapy sessions typically last 45 minutes, allowing your body and mind time to unwind while breathing the dry salt aerosol.

There is nothing you need to do except relax.
