Are you interested in finding a relaxed way to focus on breathing and stretching without doing traditional yoga in the Twin Cities?
Step into a calm, softly lit salt cave and leave the pressure of “doing yoga correctly” at the door. This class is all about simple, guided stretches and breathing techniques designed to help your body loosen and your mind slow down. You won’t need any prior experience—everything is explained in a clear, approachable way, with plenty of options to move at your own pace. The salt-infused air adds a unique, soothing atmosphere that opens the airways while you gently release tension from head to toe. Expect a laid-back, supportive environment where the focus is on feeling better, not perfecting poses. It’s a chance to reconnect with your breath, stretch out tight muscles, and walk out feeling lighter and more at ease.
This class is limited to 8 participants.
We provide yoga mats, as they tend to get very salty!
(This is a group event, which can also be scheduled privately!)
