Relax, breathe and enjoy a traditional salt cave session. Relax in a chair, on a yoga mat, or even directly on the salt floor! Choose from a selection of sounds: ocean waves, music, or meditations. A choice of lighting options is also available! This session is PRIVATE for you and/or your group of up to 14 people.
Session price is per person and lasts 45 minutes. You can book one session for just yourself or for your whole group!

Craniosacral Therapy with Dr. Jessica Tapper

A gentle, hands-on approach that encourages the body’s natural healing by balancing the craniosacral system, covering the membranes and fluids around the brain and spine. This therapy supports stress relief, emotional & physical trauma processing, improved mobility, and enhanced overall well-being. Reiki helps release tension, reduce stress, and support the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Dr. Jess was trained in craniosacral therapy by Dr. Greg Yasuda at Bastyr University and pursued further training by precepting Dr. Steven Hall. She completed over 250 hours of clinically supervised training, and it remains one of her favorite therapies to utilize with patients in her private practice. She has practiced energy healing for nearly 10 years, starting with Usui Reiki in 2017 then becoming a Reiki Master Teacher in 2020. More recently, she spent 2 years under the mentorship of Dr. Marlene Hampton learning Plant Spirit Medicine, shamanic journeying, and dreamwork for healing. She continued these explorations under the guidance of Char Sundust of the Sundust Oracle Institute, where Dr. Jess studied and practiced cross-cultural indigenous methods of healing, including various oracular methods, soul retrieval, energy clearing, cord cutting, and various ceremonies, including baby blessings, marriages, and house blessings.

A breathwork session uses guided breathing techniques to help release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your body. Through intentional breath patterns, you can access deeper emotional clarity, reduce stress, and support overall mental and physical well-being.
