KUNDALINI YOGA + SOUND

Awaken your energy, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body through an accessible Kundalini Yoga practice followed by an immersive sound healing experience in the tranquil atmosphere of the Salt Cave in Minneapolis.

Inspired by traditional Himalayan yogic practices and thoughtfully adapted for modern practitioners, this class combines movement, breath, focused awareness, and meditation to help release tension, improve vitality, and restore balance throughout the body and mind.

Each class may include asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), bandha (energy locks), mantra (sacred sound), drishti (focused eye gaze), visualization, and mudra (intentional hand, tongue, and eye gestures). Together, these practices support the healthy flow of energy throughout the body, helping to cleanse and activate the chakras and nadis (energy channels) while cultivating greater mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

The practice concludes with a restorative sound healing experience, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate the benefits of the practice.

Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No previous experience is necessary.
